Automatic clippers are an excellent solution for medium- and large-sized food production. Among the range of clippers produced by KOMPO we can offer you 2 models:

  • Automatic double clipper KOMPO KN-501 on continuous clip;
  • Automatic double clipper KOMPO KN-32 on U-shape clip.

 

  

Automatic clipper is intended for manufacturing sausage sticks in automatic mode using various casings. The clipper allows producing both single sticks and chains as well. And on model KN-501 production of circular sausages with thread or loop introduction mechanism.

The application of the automatic clipper makes it possible to use all known types of casing for production, at a high clipping speed.

  

CENTRAL CLIP CLAMPING

One more advantage of the automatic sausage clippers is the central clip clamping, which reduces the risk of casing displacement to almost zero. The result is perfectly even chains or individual sausage sticks.

 

 AUTOMATED OPERATION PROCESS

The operation process itself is fully automated and does not require constant participation of the operator. When the automatic clipper is operating, the operator only monitors the process and can simultaneously carry out work on hanging sausages, preparing the casing, filling the casing on the cog (when using a revolving feeder), moving carts with minced meat and loading it into the hopper, filling out route sheets and logs, moving filled and empty frames. At the same time, the process of formation continues in automatic mode, which makes it possible to increasing production volumes significantly. In addition, the speed of forming sticks in automatic mode is higher and it is constant during the shift - the unit operation cycle does not exceed one second. During manual work, the speed tends to decrease in the process of employee’s fatigue, which also significantly affects the performance of the workshop.

  

AREA OF APPLICATION

The scope of the clipper application is not limited to meat processing and extends to forming paste-like fillers (ice cream, processed cheese, curd mass, butter, mayonnaise, animal feed) into hose casing in other areas of food industry.
