On 29 August, our company opened its doors to the children of our employees to get acquainted with production and workplaces. We conducted an interesting excursion for all children and arranged a fun outdoor party on a wonderful summer day! Parents were proud to tell about their work and enjoyed the working day, spending time with their children and some with their grandchildren.
The visitors learnt about the different stages of production, from idea and conception to final assembly and testing.
After the excursion, the children were waiting for various activities: sports quests, wooden games, trampolines, brainstorming for teenagers & Polesie constructor town for kids. A food court was organised for inquisitive visitors, where they were treated to the favourite dishes of all children - chicken nuggets and French fries.
At KOMPO, we believe in the importance of educating and inspiring the next generation. We endeavour to support and develop children's interest in science, technology and engineering. We hope that our tour was a colourful and memorable experience for them.
