The KOMPO OPTI 2000 Screw Vacuum Sausage Filler is designed for filling and dosing of stuffed sausages, frankfurters, wieners and with the use of specially designed screws guarantees a good pattern quality of cooked, semi-smoked, raw smoked and dry cured sausages. The patented design of the pressure pump units produces a monolithic, tightly structured product with no pores or voids.
Some of our customers use the OPTI 2000 also for the production of homemade sausages in natural caings.
