New benefits with new OPTI

MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISE "KOMPO" UPGRADED THE FILLER KOMPO-OPTI 2000

 

 

Starting upgrading we set the goals as follows:

  1. Increase dosing accuracy of the filler
  2. Improve quality of structural sausages manufacturing
  3. Increase output of the filler
  4. Maintain quality in terms of preventing pore formation
  5. Improve reliability and make the use and maintenance of the filler more convenient
  6. Achieve the above goals without a significant increase in its cost, maintain the current price level

 

Today we can say with confidence that these goals have been successfully achieved.

DOSING ACCURACY WITHIN ±1.5% IS REACHED

 

This is achieved by:

  • New design of screws that minimizes overflows
  • New vacuum system which gives more stable vacuum
  • Increased operation speed of the control system, thanks to the use of a new controller

 

GOOD CUT PATTERN IS PROVIDED AND THE FILLER POSSIBILITIES FOR OPERATION WITH STRUCTURAL MINCED MEAT ARE EXPANDED

This is achieved by:

  • New design of screws that exclude grinding of minced meat
  • Use in addition of attached grinder VP-6000
  • Use of reinforced turner for operation with heavier minced meat (t° up to -40 °C)
  • Use of more high-power engine 11 kW (instead of 7.5 kW)
 

 

TRADITIONAL HIGH QUALITY FOR KOMPO IN PART OF PORE PREVENTION IS ENSURED

This is achieved by:

  • Design of screws
  • Use of new vacuum system
  • Use of optimal modes of the filler operation
  • Use of limiters, dividers
 

 

IN PART OF IMPROVEMENT OF RELIABILITY, EASE OF USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FILLER, A NUMBER OF IMPROVEMENTS IS ALSO INTRODUCED
More reliable, efficient and convenient vacuum system was introduced which has the following advantages:
  • Instead of the previously used analog regulator, programmable adjustment of the vacuum level from the operator panel has been introduced, which allows setting and maintaining the required vacuum level more accurately
  • Reduced probability of manufacturing defects due to the vacuum control function. The vacuum system stops the filler if it detects decrease in the vacuum level
  • Increased efficiency of the vacuum system and reduced probability of minced meat getting into the vacuum channel due to the use of a capacitance sensor and filter
  • The unit that protects the vacuum system has been removed from the minced meat collector, and a capacitance minced meat sensor has been introduced. This made it possible to make it more convenient to clean minced meat from the minced meat collector
  • More reliable fixation of the cover of the minced meat collector has been applied. Now you do not need to additionally press the cover when starting the vacuum system
also:
  • Increased reliability of the hopper agitator. The upgraded KOMPO-OPTI uses the design for operation with heavy minced meat at temperature up to -40 °C
  • Hitches are added on sheetings. Now it is not required to hold sheeting when tightening/losing the mounting bolts
  • Enhanced access to clean the hopper from the step. For this purpose, fastening of reactive spiral was moved to the side opposite from the step
  • Simplified process of the reaction spiral removal/installation. Mounting bolts are replaced with captive wing screws

NEW FUNCTIONS IN THE SOFTWARE ARE INTRODUCED

  • Storage of vacuum setting in the filler memory for various types of minced meat. This allows not to adjust vacuum every time you change the product
  • Reduced vacuum. This allows reaching the required vacuum level quickly and eliminating formation of pores in the first sticks
  • Pre-clipping. This allows increasing performance without tightening the equipment operation modes due to preliminary generation of the clipping signal
  • Back suction. This allows preventing minced meat from falling out when the casing ends by automatic suction of minced meat back into the cog and it improves clipping

 

Upgraded PORTIONING DEVICE FPK. A simpler design of the dosing unit was introduced, which allows increasing reliability and reducing weight, improving accuracy.

 

CONTROL SYSTEM WAS ALSO UPGRADED.
