KOMPO, a leading developer and manufacturer of equipment for the food industry from Belarus, participated in the largest international exhibition for the food and processing industry in Central Asia — FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2025, which took place from November 12 to 14 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The participation was realized in close partnership with KOMPO's long-term strategic distributor in Kazakhstan, Vitline.

Our new development is self-twisted loops. The KOMPO company has mastered the production of twine and has started manufacturing its own twisted twine at its production facilities. The production of raw materials for twine is localized and is based in the Republic of Belarus. The loops produced on twisting machines come in three versions: longitudinal, transverse, and individual. Each type of loop uses its own specific type of raw material. Each spool of produced twine undergoes incoming quality control in the laboratory, and only then are loops for sausages made from it. Softer twine is used for making longitudinal loops, while more rigid twine is applied for transverse loops. The transverse loop is sealed under a continuous clip when using KOMPO's automatic clippers, KN-501 and KN-502.
The Belarusian raw material manufacturer offers the same color palette as European suppliers. Currently, the KOMPO loops made from its own twine are available in seven colors: beige, white, blue, green, red, yellow, and black. There is also the possibility of producing sausage loops in several color variations, twisted from two or three strands of different colors.
Using such loops allows products to stand out:
- in the workshop for workers of different shifts
- for presentation in stores as a color distinction from competitors
- to emphasize one's brand in corporate or national colors.
