EQUIPMENT PURPOSE
Continuous clip automatic clipper KN 502 is designed to produce sausages using protein, polyamide, fibrous and textile casings. Clipper is able to produce such sausage products as single sausage sticks, chain of sausage sticks with loops and ring-shaped sausages with loops. It allows the production of sausages in a diameter range from 35 to 95 mm. The maximum diameter depends on the type of casings used.
The application area of the clipper is not limited to meat processing and extends to the shaping of paste-like fillings in casings within the dairy, fish, poultry processing, and other areas of food production. The KN-502 is suitable for clipping sausage sticks filled with processed cheese, mozzarella, butter, ice cream, soft cottage cheese, soft curd, condensed milk, mayonnaise, pâté, and animal feed.
The KN-502 is designed to replace the widely used FCA3430-18 clippers, which have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

PRODUCTIVITY
High technical performance of up to 176 cycles per minute. The clipper is recommended for large and medium-sized enterprises. Its productivity reaches 0.34 seconds.
The clipping cycle is 0.34 seconds, which corresponds to a technical productivity of 176 cycles per second. Technical productivity is the ability of the clipper to perform the maximum number of cycles per minute in continuous mode (without interruption). This indicator is higher than that of the KN-501 and FCA3430-18. It ensures higher actual productivity.
The clip pitch of the automated clipping machine allows for efficient placement of clips, ensuring consistent sealing of sausage casings.
