
Semi-automatic double clipper KOMPO KN 26P, KN 26PE
EQIUPMENT PURPOSE
Clippers KN-26P and KN-26PE are designed for clipping various fillers in artificial and natural casings. The main advantage of this series of clippers is their universality. The regulation of stick filling density allows for the production of sausage sticks and sausage chains, as well as, ring and semi-ring sausages.
SAFETY
All moving parts of the clipper are equipped with protective covers and guards.
PERFORMANCE
The clipper is recommended for medium enterprises. The clipping cycle is considered from 2 to 4 seconds.

DOSING
Possible variants to obtain a set dose of the product:
- "By flag". Mechanical flag is used. When filling minced meat into the casing, the beginning of a stick touches the flag, the contact is opened and the filler stops delivering minced meat.
- "From the filler". The dose size is set in the filler menu, after dispensing of which the filler stops and the stick is clipped.
- "By time". The time during which the filler fills the casing with minced meat is set in the clipper menu. After this time, dosing stops and the stick is clipped.
UNLOADING TRAY
The roller tray serves to receive the formed and cut sausage stick for further transfer to the technological table. The tray tilt angle can be easily changed. A flag is mounted on the rear side of the tray for dosing the stick length. The stick being formed, having reached the required length, rejects the regulator flag. For production of ring and semi-ring sausages, the roller tray is replaced with a wide tray. Any tray is quick-detachable which ensures easy sanitary treatment.
