Line of the equipment is intended for production of cooked sausages and pastes under the conditions of increased requirements to dosing accuracy. The equipment allows filling emulsified minced meat (and other elastic, buttery fillers) in polyamide, fibrous, cellulose sausage casings with a caliber of 30 to 75 mm and forming sausage sticks in the range from 100 g to 1,000 g with a dosing error of up to +/- 1%.
